Here are the two types of serving opportunities that Crossroads offers:

Inside Serving 

Serving inside refers to ministering to people within the local church. God did not intend for anyone in the church to sit on the sidelines. Every Christ follower has been given certain passions, spiritual gifts, and experiences to be used in ministry to each other.

Outside Serving

Serving outside refers to evangelism and helping people realize the amazing love of God through doing ministry to the culture and community around us and around the world. The followers of Jesus are "THE" plan to reach our communities and beyond. The goal in evangelism is always to share the story of Jesus. But in order to get to that point we have to earn the right to be heard by serving and meeting needs in our community and around the world. Jesus commissioned us to "go." Therefore, when we go, love and serve, we meet practical needs and share Jesus at the same time.
